Coaching is a journey of personal and/or professional discovery. To realize the true benefits of this journey, you must have the desire to risk, learn, and stretch to your potential. When actively seeking meaning and solutions, a partnership can be very valuable. At HAPPY LIFE COACHING I support my clients and assist them in identifying and accomplishing their goals and objectives.
The identification is just the beginning stages on a journey of self discovery. Coaching promotes growth, insight, and personal fulfillment by putting the client into action and having them be accountable for their own growth.
WHY DOES COACHING WORK?
Coaching works because of three unique features:
- STRUCTURE: A coach provides accountability, encouraging a client to take more action, think bigger, and focus on strategies to get the desired results.
- EXPERTISE: Coaching helps clients set the best goals for themselves and restructure their professional and personal lives for maximum productivity.
- SYNERGY: Client and coach become a team, focusing on the client’s goals and needs to accomplish more than the client would alone.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
I offer a complimentary session with you that will last approximately 45 minutes. This complimentary session gives us the opportunity to get to know one another. Please feel free to come to the call with any questions you may have.
I can be reached at 818-994-3323 or through my contact form.
Once you have decided to take the next step, I will send you an intake package containing assessment materials to make the most of our meetings. These assessment materials tell me, and you for that matter, where you are today and where you want to be in the future.
Coaching sessions are provided by telephone during regular, weekly meetings. Your job is to bring an agenda of items to our session. Each week you will fill out a PREP FORM, which I will supply for you, and you will email it to me the day before our session. The prep form allows me to learn what transpired during your week so we don’t have to spend the time “catching up” during our call.
